Greetings, Everyone!
It was an absolute pleasure to work with the Tide Pool class earlier today during Coach Michael's absence.
We had a great time outdoors honing
some bushcraft skills while taking a closer look at bamboo.
Children learned a bit about selecting bamboo, splitting, cutting and also drilling while making a simple tea light lantern.
We also had a campfire which brought warmth to our bodies as the cool evening air settled in and the stars came out!
Wishing you wellness and good fortune as Setsubun brings the beginning of Spring.
