Hello everyone!
I hope you are enjoying this rainy and muggy week.
Today we decided not to go to the farm due to muddy conditions. With the weather uncertain, we decided to play the game of LIFE!!! First we looked over the directions on how to play.
Then we broke into teams of two and worked together.
Each team picked a colored car and decided to drive with a boy or a girl.
Then we all had a chance to choose careers.
Everyone decided to go to college so that they could get jobs with BIG MONEY!
I explained that money does not always buy happiness but it seems that the kids think a big salary is best for this game.
We had a chance to challenge one another to win more prizes and cash as we moved along the board.
Finally, when we were out of time, we counted our money and recorded our life status onto pieces of paper.
We will continue this game on another day in the future when the weather permits us from going outdoors.
